  I studied biology at Glasgow, and from what I’ve been told (I don’t know as I’ve only been to one Uni!) that it has a very strong biology department. I’d definitely recommend doing biology here. As for other science, I couldn’t say as I don’t know about their teaching, but as a Uni Glasgow has a good reputation.
