• Question: Will guns shoot lasers in the future?

      There are already big lasers on board special ships and planes in the US military. They use them to shoot down enemy missiles. At the moment powerful lasers are way to big for one man to carry, but they are getting smaller and more powerful all the time.

      Its possible that in the future they will be small enough for one man to carry (look at how big the first computer was – big enough to fill a big room!). The other problem is shrinking the power source down.
