Question: Why is it so important for children to learn about vetenery science?

I don’t think necessarily that everyone should be interested in becoming a vet and want to learn about veterinary science, but I think animals are so important in our lives. Here at the vet school we have all kinds of animals small and large. I think it’s good for children to have the opportunity to learn about different kinds of animals – on the one hand, there is understanding where different foods come from and on the other there is knowing how to tell if a pet is happy or unwell.
