Well when you’ve been sleeping for eight hours your body needs some fuel to get it going. I personally skip breakfast because feel a bit ill in the morning when i think of food, but its not a good idea, especially if you’re going to have an active day.

It’s impossible to concentrate for a morning without it I think. Gives you energy to get through.

Yep, after you’ve been asleep your body needs a good source of food that releases energy slowly like cereal (not chocolate!). It’s important to eat breakfast because otherwise your metabolic rate slows down because your body has not received any energy after sleeping. People who are on diets and trying to lost weight are told to eat breakfast because otherwise you’re more likely to put on weight when you eat your next meal because of your slower metabolic rate.
