• Question: Why is a completed building still called a "building" since it's already built?

      It’s just a double use of the word, one being the verb ‘to build’, and the other just being the noun.

      Ha! you’re right. it should be called a ‘built’.

      I’m going to start calling them ‘builts’ and see if it catches.
