• Question: when was the last time you fell over?

      I nearly fell down the stairs today with a coffee in my hands. It was a close call. can’t remember the last time i actually did fall.

      I can’t remember when I last fell over but I did take a little tumble on my bike the other week and got a big bruise on my hip 🙁

      I fell flat on my face and got covered in mud just before Christmas Day while running in the woods…tripped over a rock.
