      Seeing as everything probably has a bad side effect, water would probably have the least bad effects on your body, although even then too much water can lead to overhydration.

      Blueberries, spinach and broccoli are all superfoods, full of vitamins.

      Yep water sounds very good. Although fruits are very good for you some are quite acidic and can wear down the enamel on your teeth. So it’s best not to brush your teeth after eating anything too acidic.

      A balanced diet – one with everything you need in it! If you eat just one thing because its good for you you will start to lack other vital stuff.

      Moderation – not too much sugar / fat etc
