      One of our cats! Sleeps on top of the radiator!
      Has to be certain kinds of bacteria which are active between -12°C to -17°C.

      Animals do lots of different things – some hibernate where their heart rate and metabolism slows down to help them save energy such as bears. Some animals store up specialised fat called brown fat when it’s warmer, and then use it up when it’s colder. I think hibernation is a pretty good way of coping with the cold, you get I sleep for most of the winter!
