It is possible, there are recorded cases of it happening. But it probably more likely to complicate things in the human body than help it. There’s not really space for two hearts, so having two might mean they’re both actually weaker. Plus, because of the precise ‘plumbing’ you have with your heart connected to your lungs etc, unless you have another set of lungs and arteries, having an extra heart might make the pumping of blood round the body more difficult.
Its also possible for you to be born with your heart as the mirror image of what tis supposed to be. This is very bad as too much blood pressure goes to your lungs and not enough to your body.
