      This is called a ‘perpetual energy device’ and it is forbidden by the laws of physics. Many people in the past have tried and failed. Sadly it is not possible to create energy out of nothing

      things like tidal power, once going, involve little maintenance, and there will always be wind and waves (at least the foreseeable future) to power them.
