  Well I get a bleeding nose when I go skiing because of all the dry cold air. So i know if i breathe very dry air for a week i’m in trouble. I’m sure i could get used to dry air after a while but it is a bit of a surprise to my nose when I go on holiday.

  It probably decreases how much you get dehydrated as well, especially if you are breathing through your mouth, like at night.
