I have milk when I eat my cereal in the morning, and when I have tea. It goes great with both of them, and is really good for you, especially when your body still growing like when your a kid. It’s got calcium and vitamins in it which are good for you.
I put milk in my tea and coffee to make them taste better and have it on cereal – I don’t often drink milk on its own…but I think it is a healthy thing to drink and has been shown to be even better than sports drinks to help you recover after exercise.
Yep, I love milk and have it on my cereal and tea. It’s really good for when you’re young and even into your 20’s as the calcium in it helps you lay down strong foundations for your bones. This can prevent you from getting bone disease when you get older. It’s even more important for women because of the hormones we have which make us more likely to get bone disease when we’re older.
