• Question: Could this happen that your worst enemy for instance is your fellow scientist and you have to work with them? Would you still put the same amount of effort into your work as you would have if you worked with your best friend?

Yes it can happen, and does (ok maybe not your worst enemy, but someone you don’t like). I’ve worked with people who I don’t really like but you’re there to work, not socialise so its not that bigger deal. The problem is when you mix two people who both want to boss the other person around, then work grinds to a halt!

Also, working with your best friend can sometimes be unproductive because you mess around 🙂

Although it’s good having your friends about, it’s important to know when to work. You’ll probably stay in a job longer if you’re with your friends rather than a worst enemy, but you may get less work done.
